Taverna Workflow System

Taverna is an open source and domain-independent Workflow Management System – a suite of tools used to design and execute scientific workflows and aid in-silico experimentation. Taverna enables a scientist who has a limited background in computing to construct highly complex analyses over data and computational resources. It allows anyone to define how data flows between the services, to convert data formats between different steps, and to track results of experiments using the OPM (Open Provenance Model) standard.
