Harvard Biomedical Data Management Class Materials

The Research Data Management Working Group of the Harvard Longwood Medical Area has published a series of training materials that have been used in training events, such as the Great Data Cleanup Summer Campaign webinars. In this directory, different types of materials are available: presentation slides, webinar recording, checklists, etc. Materials cover aspects of RDM across the whole data life cycle: data management planning, data reuse and citation, file and data organization and naming, version control, data cleaning, documentation and metadata, data publishing, reproducibility, etc. They also have material about specific tools such as Open Refine or the Open Science Framework.
